Ghee is one of special Tibetan food. Because there are many nomadic people in Tibet, most Tibetan food are connected with yak and sheep. The ghee is one of Tibetan food which connected with yak and sheep. The ghee is extracted from milk or sheep milk, with high nutrients value. The ways of eating ghee is various, while the main way of eating ghee is to make it into butter tea.
