Tibet Travel Service - What to Pack for Tibet Travel

Good preparations make sure our perfect Tibet tour. Tourists know what to pack for Tibet travel is very important, such as clothes, trekking equipments, cash, cards, accessories, bags, skin care products, medicines, sun glasses and so on, all of which are included by Tibet travel service. There are some basical things to pack for Tibe travel.

Hiking bags

Perhaps some tourists regard hiking bags is too professional for normal Tibet trips. But Tibet travel service suggest tourists to take hiking bags, as its much convenient than 2 bags or more. Just because it is designed for professional mountaineers, it could pack many things. Tourists will feel relax with hiking bags in Tibet.

Sleeping bags

Sleeping bags are necessary for tourists if you would like to visit Mt. Everest Base Camp or other remote areas of Tibet. Some Tibet travel agency service could offer the sleeping bags, some are not. It is better if you could take it for yourself.

Due to the limited condition in Tibet, sleeping bags are needed in some areas in Tibet.

In Lhasa, some places of Nyingchi, Shigatse, and Shannan Tsedang there are many hotels of different levels, 3 stars, 4 stars, and 5 stars. In some remote area of Tibet, there are some small hostels and guesthouses.

But in some areas of Tibet, there is neither a hostel nor a guesthouse, tourists are kindly suggested not to live there at night, or stay in the tent.

Shoes

Of course the soft shoes with thick sole is recommended by Tibet travel service. If it is possible, a pair of sandal shoes is recommended for your reference too.

Warm shawl

It is a tips for your reference to take a warm shawl, as it could help you prevent the sunlight, or little rain. It is also keep you warm when you travel to Mt. Everest Base Camp.

Sunglasses

It is necessary. Some tourists said they couldn't see anything after one day if they didn't take sunglasses, as very strong sunlight.
