Yampachen Hot Spring is located in Damgxung County which is about 90 kilometers away from Lhasa. It is the first wet steam field developed in China and also the highest geothermal power station above the sea level. Listed as one of the top 3 hot springs in Tibet, Yampachen Hot Spring is rich in various kinds of hot springs, including the large-scale fountain, geyser, hot spring, boiling spring and hot water lakes.
