Well, Malaysians are also need to get Tibet Travel Permits to get into Tibet, besides other certifications. Tibet Tourism Bureau approved that foreigners who plan to visit Tibet have to be with a Tibet travel agency and get Tibet Travel Permit which need to be applied by passport, confirmed Tibet tour itinerary, Chinese visa and occupation.
