Tsampa is the main food of Tibetans. The local people here would eat Tsampa everyday. It is a kind of food which is made up of barley. Firstly, people will make fry the barley, and then grind it. Finally, make Tsampa with the grinded barley and some butter. There are many details in the making process of Tsampa. The experienced Tibetans would always say that while making the Tsampa, the butter should be more while the milk should be less.
