There are almost the down hills on the way. It is about 134 kilometers long. You may find a place to overnight, or take a break about 61 kilometers far from Ranwu Lake. A new town is located about 90 kilometers away. There are almost the down hills from the new town to Bome. The high trees scenery is breathtaking and the wide visual field is fantastic on the way. The accommodation condition in Bome is fine.
It is about 93 kilometers far from Bome to Tongmai. It is almost the asphalt road and the road condition is fine.
It is about 60 kilometers far from Tongmai to Lulang. There is a big suspension bridge not far from Tongmai. The road condition is bad. The gradient is a little large. Some parts of the road are full of the grits. You may push your bicycle forward.
There are all the up hills from Pailong to Lulang. Lulang is called "the little Switzerlan" in Tibet region, as the scenery is similar with the features of Switzerland nature.
It is about 70 kilometers long. We may climb over the Sejila Mountain on the way. Sejila Mountain is about 4700 meters high.
There is an uphill after leaving Lulang. Standing at the bealock (a narrow mountain pass), we may overview Namjagbrawa Peak if you are lucky enough. Then we could arrivel in Nyingchi Prefecture after 30 kilometers' riding. The accommodation condition in Bayi Town is fine. It costs about 300 RMB per room.
It is asphalt road from Bayi town to Kongpu Gyangda County in Tibet. It is about 130 kilometers long. You may have lunch halfway. The accommodation condition in Kongpu Gyangda in Tibet is fine. It costs 350 RMB per room around.
It is about 96 kilometers long. Jinda Town is located about 40 kilometers far from Kongpu Gyangda County in Tibet and Xinxing Town is located about 60 kilometers away. There are some restaurants in both two towns.
There are only 2 hostels in Songdo, and accommodation condition is not very healthy.
It is about 82 kilometers long. It is uphill after leaving Songdo. The bealock (a narrow mountain pass) is located about 23 kilometers far from Songdo, and about 60 kilometers far from Mozhu Gyongka. There is a hot spring mountain villa on the way. There are some hostels in Mozhu Gyongka. But we kindly suggest you ride to Lhasa directly if you arrive in Mozhu Gyongka before 16:30. The accommodation condition in Lhasa is much better than Muzhu Gyongka.
After a long journey, we will successfully arrive in Lhasa city. It is about 68 kilometers far from Mozhu Gyongka to Lhasa city. It is almost the flat road on the way. It may takes about 3 hours to ride a bicycle to Lhasa. We usually recommend Yak Hotel to tourists as the cost is reasonable and the service quality is fine. Lhasa Yak Hotel is located at the center of Lhasa City. It is very close to Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple.
