In ancient times, Facai was only served in royal families. But now you can find it easily, which is used to flavor a number of different dishes in Qinghai. It can be cooked with steamed egg, in soup.

Lamb Cooked with Sliced Mushroom

Stir-fried slices are braised with mushrooms in a tasty sauce, which is one of my favorite. The soup is fresh and nourished, but you ignore it if you don' like eating meet.

This kind of dish is usually fried with different shapes until it tastes crisp. Then you you can have it with a sweet vinegar sauce.
