In the five years, the management system of collecting, protecting and purchasing of wild Tibet medicine will be formulated to normalize the market order. In the meanwhile, the planting base of Tibet medicine conforming the standard and rule of medicine quality of Tibet will be greatly supported due to breed, cultivate and popularize.

Tibet will keep going on the research of the cultivation technique while 3 – 5 numbers of research bases of scarce Tibetan medicine will be established as soon as possible. For the large quantity demanded but few productions of some Tibet medicines, the scarce and endangered medical materials will be selected and cultivated of field trials. On the basis of the original trial, the medical materials will be cultivated artificially.
