1. The convenient hiking boot is suitable for you when you travel to Nyingchi Prefecture. Because Nyingchi Prefecture is renowned for natural scenery so that the shoal and small river are usually seen during Tibet adventure tour. Hiking boot could be waterproof.

2. Raincoat is necessary to take in your bag.

3. If it is possible an alpenstock will be helpful to you during your journey, as well as the rope and hat. The hat could prevent the leeches.

4. Sleeping bags, moisture-proof pad, water-proof clothes and pants, sunglasses, and pile of shocks are necessary if you plan to camp in Nyingchi Prefecture.

6. Medicines: anti-inflammatory, traumatic, Gastrointestinal drug, cold medication, Insect repellent, spray, and Chinese drugs for snakebite. Hiking through Nyingchi the medicine of preventing the insects is the most important.

7. The accommodation is not good as you wish in Nyingchi Prefecture, and the road condition is not very good, either. If you plan to hire a people to take your baggage for you, the fare is a little higher.

I8. t is not a good time to travel to Nyingchi from November to June. In early June, it is dangerous to go through the snow mountains. From the July to September the rainy season comes. Therefore the middle October is relatively a better time to travel to Nyingchi Prefecture, which the Himalaya Mountain is the most beautiful and magnificent.

9. If you plan to visit Nyingchi in rainy season, you'd better take care when you hike through the river.

10. Do not take a rest by the wood or on the ground where are easy to find the leech.

11. As lots of insects will be seen in Nyingchi Prefecture during Tibet adventure tour, you'd better to check your shoes and body after walking a while. If you find the leech, burn them with the your lighter or cigarette end immediately. And then beat your skin when it turns hot. Please remember not drag them out of your skin, your wound will be inflamed.
