Notes: The policy that people of Hong Kong and Macao have to apply for Tibet Travel Permit before entering Tibet has been cancelled. Tourists from Hong Kong and Macao can enter Tibet holding Passports of Chinese Special Administrative Region, Home Return Permit of Hong Kong and Macao or Hong Kong and Macao residents ID Card.
