Tips of Lhasa Tours – Before Enter into Tibet

To prevent the possible altitude sickness, tourists are highly advised to make a good physical preparation before enter into Tibet. Tourists could take some Rhodiola rosea about one week before enter into Tibet. During the first days of Lhasa tours, tourists are advised to stop drinking and exercising so as to adjust to the plateau environment better and sooner.

Before enter into Tibet, tourists should guarantee enough sleeping hours, avoid catching a cold and stop strenuous exercise. Tourists who suffered heart disease, hypertension, lung disease, asthma, or respiratory system disease are not advised to enter into Tibet Plateau.

Tourists are highly advised to prepare some warm clothes whenever you are planning to join the Lhasa tours. Besides, tourists planning a Tibet tour to Mt. Everest, Ngari and some other places with an extremely high altitude are suggested to bring some cold-proof staffs, such as the down jacket.
