London Heathrow Airport is operated by British Airport Authority (BAA) and acted as the airline hub of British Airways and Virgin Atlantic Airways. It is not only the main foreign airport but also the No. 3rd busiest airport of the world besides Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport.

You could have your tax refund at the 1st floor of the airport and then have cash on the 2nd floor. Besides, you also have a chance to shop in the duty-free shop. We kindly suggest you to go there for tax refund as early as you can because lots of people will be wait in line in general.
