Brief Introduction of 8-Day Group Tour from Lhasa to Kathmandu via E.B.C

On the first day, our local guide will greet you at the airport or the railway station and present you a Hada which would bring you good luck. Then we will set out for the Holy City – Lhasa which has an altitude of 3658 meters. You can take a break for acclimatization in the rest of the day. On the second day, we will pay a visit to Potola Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. On the third day, we will make a excursion trip to Ganden Monastery. Kichu valley is behind Ganden monastery; it is strongly suggested to hiking around the monastery and takes a bird's-eye view of the valley. Then we will visit Sera monastery. On the fourth day, we will drive up to Kampala pass; it is about 4794 meters above the sea level, and then pays a visit to the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumbum, one of the most stunning architectural wonders in Tibet. In the late afternoon, we will drive to Shigatse. On the fifth day, we will visit the lively Shigatse local market in the morning, and then visit Tashilunpo Monastery and the spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas.
