D3 Lhasa, Apei Village, Rock Pillar in Mid-River, Karting Sacred Mountain, Bayi Town

In the morning, we will drive to the Rock Pillar in Mid-River by way of Mozhu Kongka County. And then we will drive to the top of Mila Snow Mountain Pass which is 5013 meters high. You could take some great photos there. Afterwards, we will drive back to the foot of the Mila Mountain Pass to have lunch. There are some Sichuan restaurants.

After lunch, we will visit Karting Waterfall and Karting Sacred Mountain which is highly praised as the original ecological natural park of the roof of the world. Then we will drive along beautiful Niyang River to reach Nyingchi Prefecture – the lowest area of Tibet. Nyingchi Prefecture is only 2500 meters high. It is renowned for the breathtaking and amazing natural scenery of Tibet. It is very popular as the peach blossom tour during Tibet tour.

Generally speaking, the road condition is fine today. We will arrive in Nyingchi Prefecture in the evening and overnight there.

Tips: The average temperature of Nyingchi Prefecture in winter is above 0 ? in general. In summer, the average temperature is about 20 ?. The best time to travel to Nyingchi Prefecture is from the October to April next year. It is the flowers heaven.

D4 Bayi Town, Yarlung Zangbo River Scenic Spot, Nanyi Valley, Bayi Town

In the morning, we could drive to Yarlung Zangbo River Scenic Spot. Along the way, we will have a chance to visit Karnatsupu Monastery and the Ruins of the Ancient Castle. We could overlook the wonderful scenery of Namjagbrawa Peak at the viewing deck on the way. Namjagbrawa Peak is one of the famed mountains of China.

In the afternoon, we will drive to the Nanyi Valley, located in the boundary area of China and India. Nanyi Valley is situated in the east section in the north of Himalaya Mountain.

Afterwards, we will drive back to Bayi Town and overnight there.

Tips: The elevation of Nyingchi Prefecture is relatively lower. It helps us to adapt the highland gradually. Bayi Town is where the Menpa Minority Ethnic and Lopa Minority Ethnic live in Tibet. It is not only a small town but also a small modern city of Tibet. The hotels, shops and entertainments are available in Bayi Town.

D5 Bayi Town, Giant Cypress, Karla Peach Flower Valley, Biri Sacred Mountain

We will spend about 1 hour to visit the Giant Cypress forest and then drive to Karla Peach Flower Valley – the famous scenic spot of peach blossom. Karla Peach Flower Valley is only 5 kilometers far from Nyingchi Prefecture. It is the best position to enjoy the peach flower in the highland.

Next we will visit Biri Sacred Mountain. The name was given by padmasambhava. It is available to enjoy the full view of Bayi Town at the top of Biri Sacred Mountain.

Tips: Tourists are highly suggested to take the skin care products, as the solar radiation of Tibet plateau is very strong.
