According to the notice of Tibet Tourism Bureau, Shigatse Tourism Bureau and Mt.Everest Management Committee, the price of Mt.Everest Scenic Area entrance ticket is 90 CNY for each person in low season of Mt.Everest tour.
The Mt.Everest Scenic Area will be open all the day. There is ticket seller at the ticket office of Mt.Everest Scenic Area in Old Tingri and New Tingri (Xeger) for 24 hours. Travelers can buy ticket and come into the scenic area at any time. The ticket office in Old Tingri is set in the Mt.Everest Xuebao Guesthouse. The ticket office in New Tingri is set in the Mt.Everest Comprehensive Service Center.
