Locates in the southwestern part of Tibet, Nyingchi prefecture connects with Qamdo prefecture and Nagqu prefecture to the east and north respectively, Lhasa and Shannan to the west and southeast respectively, India and Burma to the south. Himalayas and Nyainqentanglha Range are like two dragons stretch from the west to the east and joint with Hengduan Mountains in the east. The river rushes through the boulders at the bottom of the river and its roar shocks the cliffs.
