Dear, What is the best date to book this Shoton festival tour? We would like to combine this with a trip from Nepal (Kathmadu) or with a travelling from China Beijing, Xian, Yichang, Yantze River. Could you give us a timing for both intanery and an approvimite price. We are 2 adults of 52-56 years. Please tell us if there is still a restriction for 2 foreign travellers in Tibet?
